Each culture and country has a special way of doing things that is unique until itself.   As I am not a world traveler, many of these are things I have picked up over the years from friends who have traveled, books I have read, and documentaries (a great resource - I particularly enjoy The Discovery Channel) I have seen.  I give no direct credit to any entity for this knowledge as I am not directly quoting anyone or anything.  There is no bibliography for this reason.  If you wish to share something I would be pleased to give you credit.   You let me know how you want that credit assigned (first name only or full name - website link, etc.)

I am currently seeking information on Indian, Hawaiian, African, other Asian cultures, Greek, Turkish, and Native American culturally significant norms and taboos.  Please feel free to approach me about contributions.
