As you can see this topic has many sub- topics.  I hope I covered it all, but if not I would love to hear your questions.   This is very  different from Table Talk. 

Table Talk deals with how to set up your various tables.  Dining Dilemmas deal with how to behave at functions, where to put your plate, rules of eating, etc.
